You must be 18 or older to use the app.

Notes must be kind and your own, and you're responsible for what you write. No threats, harassment, sexual content, slurs or links. An automated check may refuse a note, and it can make mistakes either way. A person can be blocked at any time without being told.

A note's sender is always named. Don't use someone else's name.

This app is not an emergency service. A note may arrive late or not at all. If you or someone you know is in crisis in the US, call or text 988, or call 911 in an emergency.

Use of the app is also covered by Apple's standard license agreement.
